THE SALES CONDITIONS

The sales conditions of season tickets and single match tickets for Milan's home games are listed below.

1.1. Season tickets and tickets for single matches (in succession: single tickets) are nominated and of give its holder the right to attend the whole match/es played by A.C. Milan’s first team in the competition the season ticket or the single ticket applies to at the indicated seat, in respect of the match calendar – date, hour, venue – determined by the competition’s organiser and its potential alterations, whatever the cause in the latter may be. On the occasion of the derby, the season ticket holders of Ring 2 Green will be moved to other sectors.

1.2. In case the season ticket or the single ticket is used by a subject different from the holder, he or she have to proceed with communicating the “Change of user” through the tools provided by A.C. Milan and/or Milan Entertainment, disclosed through the internet site of A.C. Milan S.p.A..

1.3. The option of ticket transfer is in any case subordinated to the restrictions potentially imposed, also for single matches, by the competent administrative authorities.

1.4. The right cannot be exercised for the replays of matches suspended after the start of the second half. The disqualification of the Meazza Stadium of San Siro, as well as the obligation to play matches behind closed doors and/or potential reduction of the stadium’s capacity or the closing of sectors according to laws, regulations or other act or measure of the public or sports authorities (including the organs of the sports justice system) do not bring about the right for reimbursement, not even pro quota, unless deriving from the direct responsibility of A.C. Milan, established by the decision of the A.G.O in passing judgement. The costs of travelling to another stadium in the case of disqualification from the said stadium will be borne by the season-ticket holder.

1.5. The acquisition of a season ticket or a single ticket has to be carried out in its only authorized places. In case of online acquisition, only through the websites and in respect of the procedures established by the Bank and by Milan Entertainment s.r.l..

1.6. Season tickets and single tickets at a reduced price or free of charge (under 16, over 65, family, etc.) are issued to the tune determined by A.C. Milan (or, on its behalf, Milan Entertainment s.r.l.). Minors can access the stadium only if accompanied by majors in possession of regular tickets.

1.7. Season ticket holder for the 2010/2011 league season will be entitled to obtain at no cost to change their place not later than the second home game of the season, but only in the type of area originally chosen and in condition that there are seats available. The requests to change the seat must be made through the A.C. Milan call centre on 02-62284545.

1.8. Season ticket holders for league games can exercise their option to renew for the next season over a period which will be determined year by year by A.C. Milan or Milan Entertainment. If the seats are unavailable then the season ticket holder can exercise their right to priority to seats in similar areas of the stadium. The right of first refusal is not given freely to season ticket holders and they must request it. On the occasion of home games played by A.C. Milan in the Cups (Champions League, Europa Cup, Italian Cup), Milan Entertainment reserve the right to grant league season ticket holders (with the exception of certain categories of posts specified in advance) a right of first refusal to purchase of tickets for same places in relation to which has been subscribed to in the Championship. On these occasions, season ticket holders on seats that will not enjoy the right of first refusal, however, they can exercise a right of a special first refusal, which will allow them to still buy a ticket for the matches in question, at another area in the same category or, failing that, a seat in another category available, the price for that latter seat. Holders of season tickets to league games at reduced prices, are granted the same preferential rights enjoyed by other season ticket holders (subscription renewal and ticket sales for Cup matches), but without the guarantee of being able to obtain the new season ticket or tickets for Cup matches at reduced prices.

1.9. A season ticket or single admission tickets may be revoked or rendered unusable, however, for the same reasons for which they may be revoked or rendered unusable by the Fan Card, or if the holder:
             1.9.1. both subjects of Article 6 of Law 13 December 1989, n. 401; or
             1.9.2. was, however, condemned, even if the sentence is not final, for crimes committed during or because of sporting events or
             1.9.3. has used the ticket in the context of touting activities.
